Ownership: All photographs, images, and floor plans remain the property of Picture Perfect LLC.

Usage License: Clients are granted a license to use the final deliverables, but they cannot be sold or shared with third parties without permission.

Liability: The company is not liable for damages resulting from missed production times due to uncontrollable circumstances ("acts of God"). 

Delivery Policy

Turnaround Time: Digital Orders are generally delivered within 24 hours of purchase via email. Prints ordered in the free "Batch Shipping" option arrive at the school two weeks after the cutoff ordering date. Dropship orders (shipping paid for by the customer) arrive around 10 days after the order is placed, directly to your APO address (or the school APO address if you do not have an APO AE box).  

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fee: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of order will incur a $10 fee for batch orders only. Drop ship orders go straight to the printer and, because of this, prints cannot be refunded. Please email us ASAP, so we can try to stop the dropship print order if needed.

Refunds: Once a transaction for digital/tangible products is completed (e.g., contract signed, order approved), refunds are generally not given. However, we may be able to swap out an incorrect order if the wrong digital file has been purchased by mistake. If the prints arrive damaged due to shipping, please photograph them and send them to us. We will have a new set of photos drop shipped to you immediately at no cost. 

Please do NOT screenshot images or post online without purchase. This is prohibited and illegal without the copyright permission that you receive after purchase.
